We are seeking abstracts for oral and poster presentations that:

Provide a picture of the current landscape of intersectoral health promotion action across different communities.
Have identified opportunities which can strengthen intersectoral action within communities.
Examine challenges to intersectoral working and suggest ways to address these.
Identify opportunities to leverage existing cross sectoral community-based assets (leadership, people, structures, infrastructure) to help ensure sustainability.
Explore examples of innovative health promotion interventions that are exemplars in building intersectoral action.
